Grade 3 Skybuilders' Sesame Cookie

In order to be classed as grade 3, each cookie must contain a certain number of sesame seeds. Needless to say, counting them is one of the most tedious tasks undertaken by the skybuilders, though it works remarkably well as a cure for insomnia.
