Grade 3 Skybuilders' Rings

These metal rings can apparently be joined and unjoined at will, though the only people capable of such a feat are sleight of hand artists. The skybuilders, however, are reluctant to employ such unscrupulous characters for fear of them fleecing the other workers, leaving these rings in a decidedly unjoined state.
