A New State of Play is Coming On Feb. 25

I wonder which state it is, Ohio?

Sony Interactive Entertainment, also known as those PlayStation folks, has announced that a new State of Play stream will premiere on Thursday, Feb. 25 at 2:00 PM PT/5:00 P.M. ET.

According to the PlayStation.Blog, the 30-minute stream will focus on ten games for both PlayStation 4 and 5, including previously announced titles and new reveals. They specifically call out games revealed at last year’s June PS5 reveal, of which most games are not yet released.

Speculatively, it seems likely that this would be a good place to give updates on Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, which recently got dated for June, as well as Resident Evil: Village, which hits in just a few months. In terms of new announcements, however, that could be anything. Rumors have been stirring about a Silent Hill game exclusive to the PlayStation 5 for over a year, but Bloober Team has recently teased that they are working on a Silent Hill game as well. As we near Final Fantasy VII Remake’s one-year anniversary, is it perhaps time to hear about a PlayStation 5 version?

Lots of questions that we will know the answer to in just two days, but I am impatient and want to know now.
