The Medium Walkthrough Guide Hub – How Long is The Medium, Level List, & More!

With camera angles similar to that of past Resident Evil titles, The Medium is a throwback to a previous age where being thorough was incredibly important. Thankfully, there aren’t a ton of hard to find powerful weapons or other objects that will help you through your run. There are, however, lots of hidden collectibles that are easy to miss and puzzles that can be hard to solve if you aren’t committed to exploring. In this The Medium walkthrough, we’ll be guiding you step-by-step through the entire game, grabbing collectibles along the way.

Game Information
How long is The Medium? That ultimately depends on how you play. If you’re checking every corner for hidden collectibles and taking your time to explore, it’s probably about an eight hour experience. You can rush through the main story in about five.
Trigger Warning: There’s lots of audio depicting physical and emotional abuse of minors in parts of the game. Sexual abuse is heavily implied in the voice over lines but there is no explicit audio of it.
For those wondering what it is, The Medium is essentially a spooky walking simulator. There are lots of puzzles and running from bosses, but there’s no combat in any form. As mentioned above, it deals with some serious real world issues as well. It gets really dark at times and will undoubtedly be uncomfortable for many.
All of this is to say, if you like a focus on storytelling and beautiful environments, you’ll probably enjoy this. If you’re looking for a survival horror game, this isn’t it. There are a few jump scares but by and large, most of what you’ll experience is just spooky and unnerving atmosphere.
Hopefully our The Medium coverage helps!
