Teamfight Tactics Items Cheat Sheet – All TFT Items, Best Items for Patch 9.19

One of the most important things to understand in Teamfight Tactics is that itemization really matters. A Tier 2 champion with multiple items can easily outperform its Tier 3 equivalent. Knowing what items exist and how to make each item is super important. That way you can pick the right items in the champion draft stages. This Teamfight Tactics items cheat sheet will help you figure out the best item combinations for every situation.

Best TFT Items

  • Force of Nature: Force of Nature gives you +1 team size which is obviously a big deal.
  • Hush: Stopping enemies from gaining mana can be the difference between winning and losing a fight!
  • Guardian Angel: Put this on your tanky champions or carries to make your opponents have to kill them twice.
  • Guinsoo’s Rageblade: Attack speed is all the rage for champions that auto attack.
  • Statikk Shiv: Shiv continues to be a good source of damage, particularly in the early game.
  • Runaan’s Hurricane: Hitting more than one target at a time is a boon for auto attackers.
  • Rapid Firecannon: Doubling attack range is a big deal though it no longer makes it so that the attacks can’t be dodged.

Teamfight Tactics B.F. Sword Combinations

By itself, B.F. Sword provides +15 Attack Damage.

  • + B.F. Sword = Deathblade: On a kill or assist, gain an additional 15 Attack Damage until end of combat (Stacks infinitely).
  • + Recurve Bow = Giant Slayer: Attacks deal an additional 5% enemy max Health as True Damage.
  • + Needlessly Large Rod = Hextech Gunblade: Heal 25% of damage dealt.
  • + Tear of the Goddess = Spear of Shojin: After casting an ability, recover 20% of remaining maximum Mana per attack.
  • + Chain Vest = Guardian Angel: Revive with 500HP.
  • + Negatron Cloak = The Bloodthirster: 50% Lifesteal.
  • + Giant’s Belt = Zeke’s Herald: Adjacent allies gain 15% Attack Speed.
  • + Sparring Gloves = Infinity Edge: Provides 20% Critical Strike Chance and +150% Critical Strike damage.
  • + Spatula = Youmuu’s Ghostblade: You are an Assassin.

 

Teamfight Tactics Recurve Bow Combinations

By itself Recurve Bow provides +20% Attack Speed.

  • + B.F. Sword = Giant Slayer: Attacks deal an additional 5% enemy max Health as True Damage.
  • + Recurve Bow = Rapid Firecannon: Double your attack range. Attacks cannot miss.
  • + Needlessly Large Rod = Guinsoo’s Rageblade: Gain 5% stacking Attack Speed on hit. Stacks infinitely.
  • + Tear of the Goddess = Statikk Shiv: Every 3rd attack deals 100 splash magic damage to three additional targets.
  • + Chain Vest = Phantom Dancer: Dodge all crits including those from abilities.
  • + Negatron Cloak = Cursed Blade: 20%chance to demote enemy unit by one star on hit.
  • + Giant’s Belt = Titanic Hydra: Attacks deal 10% of the wearer’s maximum HP as bonus splash damage.
  • + Sparring Gloves = Repeating Crossbow: On death, this jumps to an allied champion and grants 20% Attack Speed + Critical Strike chance.

Needlessly Large Rod gives +20% Spell Damage.

  • + B.F. Sword = Hextech Gunblade: Heal 25% of damage dealt.
  • + Recurve Bow = Guinsoo’s Rageblade: Gain 5% stacking Attack Speed on hit. Stacks infinitely.
  • + Needlessly Large Rod = Rabadon’s Deathcap: Boosts Ability Damage by 50%.
  • + Tear of the Goddess = Luden’s Echo: Deal 200 splash damage on ability hit.
  • + Chain Vest = Locket of the Iron Solari: On combat start, adjacent allies get a 300 health shield that lasts for 7 seconds.
  • + Negatron Cloak = Ionic Spark: Whenever an enemy casts a spell they take 125 damage.
  • + Giant’s Belt = Morellonomicon: Spells deal burn damage equal to 20% of the enemy’s maximum health over 10 seconds. Burned units cannot heal.

Teamfight Tactics Tear of the Goddess Combinations

Tear of the Goddess gives +20 starting Mana.

  • + B.F. Sword = Spear of Shojin: After casting an ability, recover 15% of remaining maximum Mana per attack.
  • + Recurve Bow = Statikk Shiv: Every 3rd attack deals 100 splash magic damage to three additional targets.
  • + Needlessly Large Rod = Luden’s Echo: Deal 200 splash damage on ability hit.
  • + Tear of the Goddess = Seraph’s Embrace: Regain 20 Mana with each spell cast.
  • + Chain Vest = Frozen Heart: Adjacent enemies lose 20% Attack Speed.
  • + Negatron Cloak = Hush: Has a 33% chance on hit to prevent the enemy champion from gaining mana for four seconds.
  • + Giant’s Belt = Redemption: At 25% health, heal all nearby allies for 1000 HP.
  • + Sparring Gloves = Hand of Justice: On round start, either gain 40% more damage or 40 life on hit.

  • + Tear of the Goddess = Frozen Heart: Adjacent enemies lose 20% Attack Speed.
  • + Chain Vest = Thornmail: Reflect 100% of physical damage mitigated as true damage.
  • + Negatron Cloak = Sword Breaker: Attacks have a 33% chance to disarm for 3 seconds.
  • + Giant’s Belt = Red Buff: Attacks deal burn damage equal to 20% of the enemy’s maximum health over 10 seconds. Burned units cannot heal.
  • + Sparring Gloves = Iceborn Gauntlet: On dodge, create an expandable zone that lowers Attack Speed by 35%.
  • + Spatula = Knight’s Vow: You are a Knight.

Negatron Cloak provides +20 magic resist.

  • + B.F. Sword = The Bloodthirster: 50% Lifesteal.
  • + Recurve Bow = Cursed Blade: 20% chance to demote enemy unit by one star on hit.
  • + Needlessly Large Rod = Ionic Spark: Whenever an enemy casts a spell they take 125 damage.
  • + Tear of the Goddess = Hush: Has a 33% chance on hit to prevent the enemy champion from gaining mana (we’re calling it Mana Lock) for four seconds.
  • + Chain Vest = Sword Breaker: Attacks have a 33% chance to disarm for 3 seconds.
  • + Negatron Cloak = Dragon’s Claw: 83% resistance to magic damage.
  • + Giant’s Belt = Zephyr: Banish an enemy for five seconds on combat start.
  • + Sparring Gloves = Quicksilver: When CC’d, cleans the CC. 5 second cooldown.
  • + Spatula = Runaan’s Hurricane: Attacks hit an additional enemy which deal 75% of normal damage. Can apply on-hit effects.

 

Teamfight Tactics Giant’s Belt Combinations

Giant’s Belt provides the wearer with +200 Health.

  • + B.F. Sword = Zeke’s Herald: Adjacent allies gain 15% Attack Speed.
  • + Recurve Bow = Titanic Hydra: Attacks deal 10% of the wearer’s maximum HP as bonus splash damage.
  • + Needlessly Large Rod = Morellonomicon: Spells deal burn damage equal to 20% of the enemy’s maximum health over 10 seconds. Burned units cannot heal.
  • + Tear of the Goddess = Redemption: At 25% health, heal all nearby allies for 1000 HP.
  • + Chain Vest = Red Buff: Attacks deal burn damage equal to 20% of the enemy’s maximum health over 10 seconds. Burned units cannot heal.
  • + Negatron Cloak = Zephyr: Banish an enemy for five seconds on combat start.
  • + Giant’s Belt = Warmog’s Armor: Regenerate 6% of missing HP per second. Heals a maximum of 400 health per tick.
  • + Sparring Gloves = Trap Claw: On combat begin, gain a spell shield. When it breaks, stun the champion who broke the shield.
  • + Spatula = Frozen Mallet: The wearer is also a Glacial.

Teamfight Tactics Sparring Gloves Combinations

The Sparring Gloves gives +10% Critical Strike chance and +10% chance to Dodge chance. When building a combined item with it, the core stats convert to either 20% Critical Strike chance or 20% chance to Dodge chance. Thief’s Gloves and Mittens get both, however.

  • + B.F. Sword = Infinity Edge: Provides 20% Critical Strike Chance and +150% Critical Strike damage.
  • + Recurve Bow = Repeating Crossbow: On death, this jumps to an allied champion and grants 20% Attack Speed + Critical Strike chance.
  • + Needlessly Large Rod = Jeweled Gauntlet: Your spells can crit.
  • + Tear of the Goddess = Hand of Justice: On round start, either gain 40% more damage or 40 life on hit.
  • + Chain Vest = Iceborn Gauntlet: On dodge, create an expandable zone that lowers Attack Speed by 35%.
  • + Negatron Cloak = Quicksilver: When CC’d, cleans the CC. 5 second cooldown.
  • + Giant’s Belt = Trap Claw: On combat begin, gain a spell shield. When it breaks, stun the champion who broke the shield.

Spatula has no effect by itself, it is strictly an item that combines with other items.

  • + B.F. Sword = Youmuu’s Ghostblade: You are an Assassin.
  • + Recurve Bow = Blade of the Ruined King: You are a Blademaster
  • + Needlessly Large Rod = Yuumi: You are a Sorcerer.
  • + Tear of the Goddess = Darkin: You are a Demon.
  • + Chain Vest = Knight’s Vow: You are a Knight.
  • + Negatron Cloak = Runaan’s Hurricane: Attacks hit an additional enemy which deal 75% of normal damage. Can apply on-hit effects.
  • + Giant’s Belt = Frozen Mallet: The wearer is also a Glacial.
  • + Sparring Gloves = Mittens: This champions also counts as a Yordle.
  • + Spatula = Force of Nature: Wearer doesn’t count against the unit cap.
