PUBG Mobile Season 12 Week 3 Challenges – Tips and Tricks

A Like for the good and a Like for the bad.

Before we get into the details on PUBG Mobile Season 12 Week 3 missions, let me just say this – I hope you have some skip tickets handy. It’s not that this week’s missions are inherently difficult (some are), it’s more that some just aren’t going to be very fun to complete. They’re proper challenge missions for a change. The kind pros might get a kick out of. But for the rest of us, some are just downright dull. A few tips and tricks can help, but don’t feel bad for skipping a few of these Week 3 challenges.

Choice Mission

  1. Use the Clap or Green emote in School (Erangel) in Classic mode
    • Both the Clap and Greet emote are default emotes on every account. You already have them. Just assign them to your emote wheel, make your way to School, and pop either one off before someone pops you.
  2. Use the Shooting Range 3 times in matches during the anniversary celebration
    1. Easy enough, right? Make your way to the celebration spot just below Georgopol (Erangel) and have some fun. You can read more about the anniversary celebration here.
  3. Pick up a M3E1-A in 2 matches in Payload mode (100 RP)
    • If you’ve ever played Payload, you’ll know just how easy it is to find one of these puppies. Choose this mission if you’re a Michael Bay fan.

Win a Classic Match 1 times while wearing a Spetsnaz Helmet

The Spetsnaz helmet isn’t a common sight in the field. There isn’t enough of these things to go around. If you’re not looting them from high-tier loot locations or air drops, you’ll have to loot one from someone’s cold, dead corpse.

Kill 5 enemies with Pistols in any mode

You’ll have more luck completing this one in a mode like Quick Match — assuming the “any mode” promise here really does stretch to the usually-prohibited Arcade modes. Quick Match is good for this as matches can occasionally spawn handguns only, leveling the playfield considerably. If not, Arena matches might help here. If you’d rather keep things vanilla, a desert eagle can take down distant targets. Otherwise, land fast, grab a pistol, and hope someone else doesn’t grab something bigger.

Add 6 friends

You can get this done fast by joining a social circle like the PUBG Mobile Discord channel. Otherwise, add a bunch of random clan mates or just start spamming the button at the end of a squad match. You don’t have to keep them on your list.

Kill 16 enemies with Assault Rifles in Erangel in Classic mode

This just sounds like any match, doesn’t it? Unless you’re the super covert type with shotguns and SMGs or just like to snipe a bit too much, chances are you average 16 AR kills every day you play. If you’re struggling to pull this one off, you’re outside the meta.

Give 20 Likes to teammates

Now’s the time to realize not every Like you’ve ever gotten has been sincere. And that extends to real-life, too. Sometimes people are praising you because their heart is in the right place, other times it’s for a quick burst of RP to inch them closer to a cool skin. The moral of the story here is: if you can’t beat them, join them. Just shoot a Like to every person in your squad. There’s nothing to lose, but there’s a lot to gain.

Restore 1000 Health in Classic Mode

Here’s one that’s teaching the world to take better care of themselves. You can change the outcome of any skirmish by knowing when to retreat. Learn to identify openings and heal up during them. Stock up on painkillers and first-aid kits. You’ll clear this through normal play, but if you want to rush it for the RP, just keep healing yourself while the circle burns away your flesh.

Choice Mission

  1. Land on any rooftop in Paradise Resort (Sanhok) 3 times in Classic mode
    • Paradise Resort is filled to the brim with easily accessible rooftops. The problem is, they’re so close together there’s a good chance of being picked off before the mission has a chance to complete. The best thing you can do here is go prone as soon as you land. Find something to hide behind if possible.
  2. Land on any rooftop in Pecado (Miramar) 3 times in Classic mode
    • You’ll find Pecado to the northwest of Los Leones. It’s a tiny hamlet with lots of roads and even more roofs. There’s a large one at the top and plenty of smaller ones everywhere else, so just watch the competition glide in and pick your point accordingly.
  3. Land on any rooftop in Sasnovka Military Base (Erangel) 3 times in Classic Mode
    • If you’re landing here, you’re a veteran of the game. Sasnovka Military Base is a high-tier loot location with a lot of wide-open space. There aren’t many rooftops to choose from, so prepare for a fight if you choose it. Then again, you don’t need the reminder, do you?

Pick up a DBS over 3 matches in Classic mode

The DBS is, as the acronym would suggest, a double-barrel shotgun. But not just any DBS. This specific DBS is more commonly known as the DP-12 outside of PUBG Mobile. It’s a pump-action shotgun so strong that it’s only found in air drops mid-match. You’ll have to risk life and limb to grab this contraption. Smoke grenades and maybe even a vehicle can help you out here.

Destroy 10 vehicle tires in Classic mode

You can’t deny the feeling of strength you get by blowing out the competition’s tires as they come hurtling toward you, but that’s a high-risk low-reward kind of move. Unless it comes to that specifically, you’re betting off just filling abandoned vehicles full of lead. Either pop them as you see them, or pop tires after you’ve used the vehicle. You might just impede a straggler that way, too. Bait them.
