Apex Legends Fight Night Guide – How to Earn Points During the Event

Legends from all around the world, it’s time to prove your worth in the ring. Dubbed “Fight Night,” the new Apex Legends event revolves around punching your foes to death inside a massive boxing arena for high tier loot. While this celebration is primarily geared to sell new cosmetics, those on a tight budget can still earn some new cosmetics via the Prize Tracker. Tied to event points, players will need to complete Daily Challenges to earn these rewards throughout the duration of the Fight Night event.

Here’s how to earn those points and what the cosmetic rewards are:

How to Get Fight Night Points

You can earn points during the Fight Night by completing the Daily Challenges found in the Challenge Menu. These will update every day with new tasks for you to complete and they are, mostly, pretty simple. This can include getting into the Top 10 four times, dealing damage with fully-kitted weapons, or just playing the game itself. Every challenge you complete will earn you 200 Points, for a total of 600 Points per day if you finish every challenge offered. To earn everything you’ll need a maximum of 5,000 Points, meaning you’ll need to finish 25 of these challenges to earn everything this season.

  • Fight Night Badge – 250 Points
  • Autonomous Keepsake Gun Charm – 500 Points
  • Kills as Wattson Tracker/10% XP Boost – 750 Points
  • Decked Out Gibraltar Skin– 1,000 Points
  • Fight Night Load Screen – 1,250 Points
  • Kills as Pathfinder Tracker – 1,500 Points
  • Turquoise Tranquility RE-45 Skin – 2,000 Points
  • Wins as Wattson Track – 2,500 Points
  • 10% XP Boost – 3,000 Points
  • Wins as Pathfinder – 3,500 Points
  • Damage done as Wattson Tracker – 4,000 Points
  • Red Prism Charge Rifle Skin/Wins as Pathfinder Tracker – 5,000 Points

Keep in mind, you cannot earn points by getting kills, winning games, or completing battle pass challenges. The only way to earn points is by finishing the Fight Night challenges, so make sure to prioritize these every day when you log on. Along with the new boxing ring, players can venture out to new care packages scattered throughout the map with fully-kitted weapons inside along with some ammo. These will be marked on your map by blue circles or large blue energy columns in the sky. As the ring closes, higher-tier care packages full of weapons, ammo, and shields will land around the map. Use these to either refuel your ammo or acquire a better gun. Keep in mind, these areas will be hotly contested since everyone wants to see the new content. Expect a big fight if you are landing in these areas, as it’s absolute chaos right now.

If you want to survive, I suggest landing in areas like Carrier, Power Grid, and Turbine before rotating into that location. Also, try to avoid going into the ring itself since you’re basically a free kill to anyone who is waiting for you to exit. Prioritize getting a gun and a shield first, otherwise you’ll just be easily eliminated by anyone who had time to loot.  Finally, if you are willing to spend some money there are a variety of unique cosmetic items in the store right now along with the Gibraltar heirloom. However, you’ll need to spend around $160 dollars if you want this legend’s unique melee weapon!

Apex Legends’ Fight Night ends on January 19th.
