It’s been a minute since we heard from Pokemon Unite, the Pokemon MOBA announced almost a year ago today. But Nintendo has announced the game is actually coming out on Switch pretty soon. Next month, to be precise. The news was accompanied by a cinematic trailer starring two competing Pokemon teams taking part in Pokemon Unite’s new spin on Pokemon battling. The 5v5 setup has players controlling Pokemon that evolve as a match goes on while also capturing wild Pokemon as part of Unite’s objective-based gameplay. The cinematic trailer ends with Cinderace and Pikachu clashing, and the crowd goes wild.
