Hitman 3 DLC “Greed” Releases March 30

The first piece of the Seven Deadly Sins DLC hits next week.

Agent 47 is a stoic man that wants for very little. The story of the most recent Hitman trilogy — the World of Assassination — saw the titular Hitman grow and struggle over the course of three games, but IO Interactive has decided to have a little fun with the character, too. Sure, he may be dangerous levels of chill, but why not make him the avatar of Greed itself?

That seems to be what the first chapter of the Seven Deadly Sins DLC, itself the first DLC for Hitman III, seems to explore. Releasing on March 30, Greed puts 47 in an entirely golden suit while his handler Diana Burnwood puts on her best demonic voice to egg the chameleonic assassin into collecting gold coins that she says belong to him.

Look, I’ll be honest, I have zero idea what this DLC is about after watching this trailer, but I am definitely intrigued. Owners of the DLC get the aforementioned rapacious suit, the devil’s cane, the greedy little coin, and the Green Enumeration escalation mission to use it all in.

If you have a platform that supports Hitman III, including PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, PC, or Switch, you can buy the Greed DLC for $4.99. Alternatively, you can buy the entire set of sins for $29.99, which includes Greed in the pack.
