Along with all the musical antics, Grande will be made into a playable character as part of Fortnite’s “Icon” series.
Beyond being a playable character in Final Fantasy Brave Exvius with four variations, including Dangerous Ariana, Sportive Ariana, Charming Kitty Ariana, and Chic Ariana, Grande is also an award-winning and multi-platinum selling pop artist whose most recent album, “Positions” is currently playing in my headphones as I write this. Right now it’s “Motive” featuring Doja Cat, and that song, along with most on the album, is a certified bop.

Grande’s show is the latest live event to take place entirely within Fortnite in the past few years. Musical performances similar to this, such as Travis Scott, have become part of the game’s in-game line-up. But there have also been things like collaborations for movies like Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and Tenet, even talks about the Black Lives Matter movement have been hosted within Fortnite.
Oh, and there was also that whole time that developer Epic Games tried to indoctrinate children with in-game propaganda.
Anyway, stream “Positions.”
