The two-time champion of the Mortal Kombat Tournament, Liu Kang is a force to be reckoned with. A longtime character of the series, not to mention a fan-favorite, Liu Kang returns in Mortal Kombat 11 (along with all his Fatalities). And they’re sure to please! Find out more in our Mortal Kombat 11 Liu Kang Fatalities guide.
No matter how old the series gets, Mortal Kombat is still probably best known for its Fatalities. And Mortal Kombat 11 is far from an exception. Over-the-top and violent, Fatalities are a spectacle of blood and brutality. Although they shouldn’t be confused with the (faster, but equally lethal) Brutalities of Mortal Kombat 11. From burning to dismemberment, every character has a bizarrely gory bag of tricks to work with. And today we’re looking at all the Liu Kang Fatalities in Mortal Kombat 11.

Liu Kang Fatality 1: Burn Out – Mortal Kombat 11
The first Liu Kang Fatality in Mortal Kombat 11 starts at mid range. Although it’s pretty generous with how far back you can actually be! You can trigger it with the following inputs: Down, Back, Down, Forward, Front Punch (Square on PS4, X on Xbox One, Y on Switch).
The close-range Fatality begins with Liu Kang punching their enemy multiple times in the torso, presumably to soften them up. Then the martial artist unleashes four more powerful punches that result in holes being punched through the victim’s torso. Finally, Liu Kang finishes with a high-powered, red hot punch in the middle of the holes, causing the foe’s body to explode.
Take a look for yourself in the video embedded above! We’ve got a nice, clean recording of both of them in the same video. But clicking the one above this subheading will show you the one you need automatically.
Liu Kang Fatality 2: Belly of the Beast – Mortal Kombat 11
The second Liu Kang Fatality in Mortal Kombat 11 starts at mid-range. You can trigger it with the following inputs: Down, Down, Forward, Back Punch (Triangle on PS4, Y on Xbox One, X on Switch).
This Fatality is more about Liu Kang’s weapons than his fists (which are basically weapons, too, but let’s not worry about that). Two kicks and an uppercut transform his foe into flying hunks of meat. As the bits start to rain down, though, Liu Kang annihilates the individual parts with swift nunchaku strikes. That’s one way to stop the rain, we suppose.
