Genshin Impact Glaze Lily Guide – Glaze Lily Location & Use Guide

Genshin Impact is all about increasing your party’s power so you can progress through the story and slay more dangerous monsters. Similar to other adventure games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, players will need to harvest resources to not only buff their gear but give them additional bonuses. One such item is the Glaze Lily, which is located in the northern and southern region of Genshin Impact’s world. Used in Ningguang’s ascension, this item is absolutely crucial for anyone who wants to use this character in their party. Here’s where to find the Glaze Lily, how to harvest it, and what items it’s currently used for.

Where to Find the Glaze Lily

If you are looking to farm the Glaze Lily it appears in two key locations throughout both regions in Genshin Impact. The first is in southwest Mondstadt’s Qingce Village around and throughout this portion of the map. Keep in mind, this area is surrounded by mountains outside of a single road so you’ll want some extra stamina to reach this area. You will also find this item in southeastern Lilyue in Liyue Harbor and a portion of Mt. Tianheng. This section of the map won’t be accessible right away, so don’t worry about venturing this far south until later on in the story.

Unlike a lot of other flora in this game, these flowers are only concentrated in these two locations. This can make farming both easier and a little more frustrating since you’re limited by your supply. Remember, the flowers will refresh around every 2-3 real-world days. Because of this, I recommend hitting both Liyue Harbor and Qingce Village if you have these areas unlocked. This will maximize your farm, reducing the amount of time spent waiting for them to respawn.

Glaze Lily Use

At the time of writing this, the Glaze Lily is solely used in increasing Ningguang’s ascension rank. This could obviously change with future updates, but for now, they are not used in crafting any consumables or items. It will take 168 Glaze Lillies to reach Ascension 6 for Ningguang, so I recommend you start farming early. Even if you don’t have her right now, there’s always a chance you could pick her up later down the road.

Ningguang is a solid party member that focuses solely on auto attacks and buffing her own damage. She is capable of enhancing her damage by deploying her Geo Screen, which conveniently blocks incoming projectile damage. This character is all about increasing her auto-attack damage, allowing her to quickly scale and dispatch enemies with ease. She is a terrific addition to any group if you are looking for a solid damage character, plus she is relatively easy to use.

It’s possible that the Glaze Lily will become more universally useful once the anticipated third region releases. We will update our guide with any new information or if changes are made to this crafting material.
