As with any game where resources are extremely limited, there is often a code redemption service which provides players with rewards from time to time. Genshin Impact is no exception and you’ll want to keep an eye out for new codes so you don’t miss out on free Primogems, Wishes, and more! Thankfully, the game has just released which means you haven’t missed out on much just yet.
This guide will be kept up to date with all of the released redemption codes, so far focused on Primogems and other smaller rewards, but it will also explain how to redeem codes. If you’re having problems logging in, it’ll also tell you how to link your email address with your Genshin Impact account if you haven’t already done so.

Active Codes
Keep in mind that these codes are unique per server. We try to list the codes for all servers when possible. That means the Europe code won’t work on the US servers. It also means, however, that you can redeem all three if you play on all three servers.

How to Redeem Codes
To redeem codes, you need to navigate to the Genshin Impact website. (Or click here) You cannot currently use the codes in the game itself. Once you’ve clicked on over, find the Redeem Code option on the navigation bar. If you are not signed into the website, you will need to do so before you can complete this process.
That might be more complicated for some folks, particularly if you signed up via anything other than email and password, Facebook, or Twitter. Alternatively, you may be able to sign in using your username and password, so try that first.
If that doesn’t work, you may need to log into the game all the way until you’re playing one of your characters so you can link your email address. Open the settings and navigate down to Account and User Center where you can link your email address. It’ll send a verification code to the email address and link it to your account so you can then login via that email address.
Once you’re signed in, just choose which server you’re on — keeping in mind that codes are server unique — and the website should detect your username. You then just enter the code and click redeem!
